We endeavor to help employees be their best selves and support one another in pursuit of wellness.

At Stewart, we believe that our employees’ wellness is embedded in the vision of supporting our people to strive to be the best in the world, not only in their careers, but their physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.

Our Wellness Committee works to promote healthy living for all employees through various activities, including step challenges, educational lunch-and-learns, virtual seminars, health fairs, and flu shot clinics, and social gatherings.

Each month, the committee focuses on an initiative (such as mental health, nutrition, heart health, and smoking cessation) and provides resources for employees on each subject.

Every year, the committee hosts the Oregon Trail Challenge, a step challenge with an additional twist of a dice roll where participants face trials and tribulations that can either gain their team additional points or result in a big loss and a shakeup in the rankings!

Physical Wellbeing

We believe your physical wellbeing is paramount to your personal and professional success. From health screenings to step challenges, Stewart supports your health and provides accessible avenues to assist you in achieving your fitness goals.

Financial Wellbeing

The state of your financial wellbeing can mean the difference between an uncertain destiny or a thriving economic future. Stewart provides seminars and workshops to help you confidently plan financial security for yourself and your loved ones.

Mental Wellbeing

Lunch with colleagues. A heart-to-heart with a mentor. These and similar activities foster connection, help reduce stress, and contribute to your overall mental health. Stewart is committed to engaging you holistically, helping you develop your best mental and emotional self..
