Hand in hand with the firm’s THREAD culture, Stewart offers a mentorship program to its employees. This program pairs mentees with a leadership team member. For six months, the mentor will provide support and guidance around workplace skills and career exploration, as well as encouragement through challenges, meetings, activities, and communication. The program provides a wonderful opportunity for professional development and the strengthening of company culture.
