We served as a consultant to Expo Americas and Rawhide for the design and operations integration for a large, multi-cultural block party held in conjunction with the National Football League’s Super Bowl XLIX held at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
The program called for a retrofit of existing venues as well as temporary entertainment venues. The events were scheduled during “Super Bowl Week” and included private celebrations, VIP events and public entertainment. Traffic management planning with local officials was critical to ensure a safe and timely delivery of attendees.
