For the Town of Holly Springs, the Stewart team conducted ADA evaluations of public rights-of-way and public buildings. We also collected public input about existing conditions and trained Town staff to conduct future assessments. Our work included the development of cost estimates of recommended improvements, and project prioritization and implementation strategies to assist the Town in proceeding with improvements. This project was a two-phase contract with the first phase covering public participation and data gathering/assessments and the second phase covering the transition plan and Council approval.
