We served as a consultant to RazorGator in 2007 and 2008 to design and build the Corporate Hospitality Villages. We were responsible for the design, integration, construction and implementation of the private corporate chalets and the large University Hospitality tents. Each Village was built adjacent to the historic Rose Bowl, requiring sensitive responses to coordinate with the overall master plan for the game.
Large capacity tents, private corporation tents and shared entertainment spaces required a high degree of management of the install schedule and budget. We managed all of the temporary infrastructure, catering operations, staff and volunteer components. We were on-site for three continuous weeks during build-out and was part of the response team for game-day operations.
