We served as a consultant to the National Football League from 1999 to 2007. Jeff Harkey served as the dedicated Event Architect to the NFL division of Corporate Hospitality for Super Bowls XXXV (2001), XXXVII (2003) and XXXIX (2005).
We were responsible for the design, integration, construction and implementation of all three large Corporate Hospitality Villages. Each Village was built on challenging sites adjacent to the Super Bowl stadium, requiring the complex integration into the overall operations plan.
Large capacity tents, private corporation tents and shared entertainment spaces required a high degree of management of the install schedule and budget. We managed all of the temporary infrastructure, catering operations, staff and volunteer components. We were on-site for five continuous weeks during build-out and was part of the response team for game-day operations.
