Crabtree/Hatcher Creek Greenway consists of approximately 2.5 miles of asphalt greenway trail and is the longest greenway project ever for the Town of Morrisville. It is a vital connection in the Town and regional greenway network. With this segment in place, Town residents now have easy access to Lake Crabtree, Umstead State Park, and both Raleigh and Cary greenway systems. Stewart provided trail design, landscape architecture, structural engineering, traffic control, community outreach, signage/wayfinding, surveying, and geotechnical engineering for this project.
