300 Swift Avenue is located just north of Duke University’s West Campus. This 203-unit luxury apartment complex serves the increasing medical staff at the Duke Medical Center and graduate students of the University.
Stewart led the design and development team through the rezoning process, which included expanding the newly zoned Ninth Street Design District, and worked closely with the stakeholders including neighborhoods and Duke University leadership. Subsequently, Stewart was able to secure site plan approvals in record time, meeting a very aggressive financing schedule.
