New Leadership in Stewart’s Civil Engineering Practice

PAM KISTNER, PE

VP | Practice Leader, Civil Engineering

Pam Kistner, P.E., is the new Vice President and Practice Leader of Civil Engineering at Stewart. Pam brings over 30 years of local experience serving communities in North Carolina. Her diverse portfolio of work features stormwater management, land development, site design, water, sanitary sewer, roadway, and permitting on a wide variety of projects including higher education and K-12, military facilities, parks and greenways, and mixed-use developments.

From a 15-acre site development project in Raleigh to a $3M Airfield Pavement Repair project at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, Pam has proven her ability to successfully manage funds and meet project milestones in both the Public and Private sectors.

BRYAN HARRIS, PE

Director, Civil Engineering

Bryan Harris, P.E., is a new Director of Civil Engineering at Stewart, bringing more than 20 years of experience in conventional and innovative environmental design analysis. In addition to co-owning his own consulting fi rm, Bryan has also had a distinguished 20-year military career, serving as an offi cer in the Army National Guard and completing three combat tours.

As a certified Stormwater SCM Inspection & Maintenance professional with NCSU, Bryan brings a deep understanding of local regulations, best management practices, and innovative stormwater solutions. He implemented this knowledge as the Civil Engineer-of-Record for the Fair Lake Pond restoration in Wake Forest. Bryan restored and redesigned the pond which has more than 1,000 cubic feet of water per second on a third PMP.
