Our Wellness Committee works to promote healthy living for all employees through various activities, including step challenges, educational lunch-and-learns, virtual seminars, health fairs, and flu shot clinics, and social gatherings.
Each month, the committee focuses on an initiative (such as mental health, nutrition, heart health, and smoking cessation) and provides resources for employees on each subject.
Every year, the committee hosts the Oregon Trail Challenge, a step challenge with an additional twist of a dice roll where participants face trials and tribulations that can either gain their team additional points or result in a big loss and a shakeup in the rankings!
