As Director of Knowledge Management and Processes, Denise is responsible for developing, improving and fully utilizing the company’s knowledge and process assets to increase efficiency, enhance the client experience, and maximize profitability. She works with the corporate and practice leaders to design and implement “best practice” processes and programs that support the successful implementation of Stewart’s strategic goals. As an organization that is committed to continuous improvement, Denise facilitates the development and delivery of knowledge programs, including the development of training manuals and various education materials.
Denise’s brought over 15 years of marketing, communications, operations and research experience in the commercial real estate services when she joined Stewart in 2018. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director of Strategic Marketing, where she worked closely with leadership in the development and implementation of practice area growth plans, public relations/media plans and internal communication efforts. It was during this time that she developed and implemented tools and processes that created efficiencies, increased the quality of work and simplified communications between marketing and the practice areas.
Denise is a proud graduate of NC State University and currently obtaining her MBA from Western Governors University.
