Celebrating Milestones: Happy Work Anniversary!

The Stew Crew is a unique group of talented professionals that work together to create something bigger than any one of us. As we are reminded often from Willy Stewart, we’re not just designing the structure of a building, or surveying a piece of land, we’re helping create the hospitals where people go to heal, the schools where people go to learn, and the infrastructure that grows communities.

In the engineering, architecture, and construction industry, where skills and experience are highly valued, celebrating work anniversaries is a great way to acknowledge and appreciate the hard work, dedication, and loyalty of those who have contributed to the growth and success of the company over time. It provides a sense of recognition, validation, and pride to teammates, boosting their morale, motivation, and job satisfaction while also fostering a positive work culture that values employee retention and engagement.

That’s why our team is taking a moment to shine the spotlight on a few very important teammates who are celebrating years of being a part of the Stew Crew. These individuals have continued to bring 100% of their best selves to work every day and we couldn’t be happier to have them contribute to our company’s journey. They have consistently demonstrated leadership skills, commitment to the company, and a drive to help communities continue to grow. They are someone who takes ownership of their work and goes above and beyond to achieve their goals while inspiring their colleagues to do the same. Not only are they committed to the company’s mission and vision, but also actively exhibit our THREAD (Trust, Humility, Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Discipline) values through and through. They are community-minded people and recognize the importance of giving back and making a positive impact beyond the workplace. Our team is grateful to have them as part of the team and we can’t wait to see all the great things you all will achieve in the years to come. Thank you and we appreciate you all.

“Today, we honor and express our gratitude to our amazing employees who have been with us for many years. Your hard work, commitment, and passion have been the foundation of our success, and we thank you for your contributions to our growth and achievements.”

– Willy Stewart, PE, Chief Executive Officer
