The design utilizes several green building principles including a solar hot water heating system, high-efficiency rooftop units, and reflective PVC membrane roofing. The building houses two conference rooms, an exercise room, locker rooms, roll call briefing room, and offices. The structural system of the building consists of steel joists bearing on interior and exterior masonry walls.
