Craig is responsible for the overall management of structural engineering including oversight and management of projects, client development and retention, financial profitability, personnel, and general administrative management. The management and supervision of the staff includes setting overall goals and objectives. Basic operations include determining the appropriate staff mix and developing processes to screen, interview, hire, train and maintain the technical competency of the Structural Engineering staff. Craig also serves as Project Manager on large and complex projects including institutional, educational, healthcare buildings, and mixed-use projects. He is located in the Raleigh office.
